We deliver your order as much as possible at once. If this is not possible within the stated average delivery time, we will ship in 2 parts. If you order items with different delivery times, please take into account the longest delivery time. Would you like to receive your order in 2 parts? Please contact us via [email protected]. You then pay an extra contribution to the shipping costs. As soon as your order shipment is ready, you will receive an e-mail message about this. Once your order has been picked up and processed by the shipping company, you will receive a track and trace message via e-mail.
Pick up: If tomorrow takes too long and the articles are in stock, you can still have them today! You can also choose to pick up your order at our store in Zwijndrecht Netherlands. You do not pay any delivery costs. As soon as your order is in stock with us, you will receive a pick up message. Not all articles are on our regular store location, but in pop-up stores.

How do I make a reservation?

- Select 'Pick up from the store'.
- Select your payment method,
- Check your details and finalize the order.
When can I pick up my order?
If the product is in stock in the store, you can pick it up the same day. If you order outside our opening hours, your order will be ready the next day.
Delivery times: The delivery times are stated in the articles (for articles with size or color choice for the specific size or color). These delivery times do not take into account the time that the delivery person needs to deliver your order to you.
Items that we have in stock will be shipped no later than the next working day. Except the articles which are provided with, for example, names. These have an average of 1 working day delay.
In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, you will receive a message about this within 1-3 working days.
For items that we do not have in stock, an average delivery time is mentioned. This delivery time depends on the stock of the manufacturer. These delivery times are an average and therefore not a guarantee.
